Civil society’s long-term survival and relevance depend on its ability to mobilize resources beyond crisis-driven donor cycles. Many CSOs in Tigray remain heavily donor-dependent, lack core funding, and have limited skills in fundraising or financial management. This strategic objective seeks to transform that reality by diversifying funding streams, promoting local resource mobilization, and piloting income-generating initiatives that align with CSO values. In parallel, ACSOT will build the financial literacy of its members, support proposal development, and enhance donor communication to position CSOs as credible, transparent, and strategic partners.
